The Latchkey course teaches eighteen decision methods across one connected company story.
Teach one decision process, then debate real company cases.
Participants learn the same decision process, practise it independently and bring their calls into a live discussion. Answers remain private unless the participant chooses to share them.

Each person works independently and commits to a position before the group meets.

Debrief in the room
Participants choose which calls, assumptions and reversal conditions to test live.

Compare and repeat
Use the historical outcome as a benchmark, then take the method into the next case.
