Each question appears at the point where the company had to decide, before the outcome is revealed.
That order is the whole point: once you know the ending, you can’t un-know it. Cases with a decision board let you play the calls out and see where the company lands. The rest you argue in your own words.
How your answer is scored
A reviewer reads the whole case, your answer, and your run on the board if you played it. It scores five things out of 20 each. Added up, that’s your rating out of 100.

Being right isn’t the test
Matching what the company did earns nothing on its own. A well-argued disagreement can score higher than a lucky guess.
Nothing is locked
Every answer stays editable forever. Change it and ask to be rated again — a low score blocks nothing.
Cases count equally
A case scores the average of your answers in it. Your overall rating averages cases, so a long case can’t outweigh a short one.
